Baptism
Saint Anthony Mary Claret Church offers baptisms for:
- Kids (up to 6 years old)
- Children (7 years and up)
- Adults
English Baptisms for kids are celebrated every 1st Saturday of the month. Parents must attend a baptism class before the baptism celebration. Godparents are encouraged to attend the class also. The Baptismal class will be held on the Tuesday before the baptism day. For more information download the flyer.
Children 7 years or older must receive instruction in the church before being baptized. Please register your child for RCIA through the Religious Education office.
Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults also know as RCIA is a preparation to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, Holy Communion, and Confirmation. For more information please call the religious education coordinator Alicia Meza (559) 255-4260 (Office).
Confirmation
Saint Anthony Mary Claret Church offers the Sacrament of Confirmation for:
- Kids (at least 7 years old)
- Teenagers
- Adults
Parents, if your child is at least 7 years old and needs the Sacrament of Baptism, he or she is going to have to be enrolled for RCIA classes, and must bring birth certificate to register.
If your child is already been Baptized, must bring Baptism certificate to register.
Parents, you can register your child for both sacraments, Communion and Confirmation.

First Communion
Must be at least 7 years old, must bring baptism certificate to register.

Marriage
Both of you have talked about it, prayed together and now you have decided to take the next step in your life, get married in church. Congratulations!
There is a lot of resources out there with good information about getting married in the catholic chruch. Before you plan anything please take your time to read and fully understand the requirements and the Sacrament of Marriage. Remember, marriage is for life.

Annointing of the Sick
The anointing of the sick is administered to bring spiritual and even physical strength during an illness, especially near the time of death.

Reconciliation
Sacrament of Reconciliation or Confession at St. Anthony is offered every Friday at 6:00 PM
